Delete your account

You can delete your Pili account and its data yourself, from inside the app. You do not need to ask us.
In the app
- Open Pili
- Tap You at the bottom
- Scroll to Account
- Tap Delete my account
- Read what will happen, tick the box, and confirm
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, photo, email and sign-in
- All of your listings, and their photographs
- Your saved items and your searches
- Your ratings and your completed-sale history
- Any pending deal, which is cancelled
What remains, and why
- Messages you sent stay in the other person's conversation, with your name replaced by "Deleted account". Their record of a conversation is theirs, not yours to erase.
- Ratings you gave other people remain on their profile. Removing them would silently rewrite somebody else's history.
- Records we are required by law to keep, for as long as the law requires.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. There is no grace period and no way to recover the account.
If you cannot use the app
Email pili@mobnexsolutions.com from the email address on the account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm your identity and delete it within 30 days.
